摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve correct recognition about obtained measurement information by arranging color-coding means applying color codes to respective sections of a measured waveform variously according to a beam path length time and differentiating a color for indicating an A scope image shown on a screen, that is, a measured waveform partially. SOLUTION: A display bit for indicating each display dot in a display area is generated by means of a display bit generating circuit 200, while a range of the display area is set to be narrower than an area of an address of a waveform memory 15. In the memory 15, waveform data for an echo receipt signal detected in ultrasonic flaw detection measurement are stored. An access circuit 100 reads out the measurement data stored in the memory 15. A display system is a bit map display system, and by means of the display bit generation circuit 200, a display bit is given to each display dot in the display area. Then, a color data pallet 17 is arranged in the generation circuit 200, and in display of the measurement waveform (A scope image), a color for the measured waveform each part is varied according to a path length time, that is, a depth of the inside of a detected body.
