<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat transfer efficiency of a steam type throw-in heater. SOLUTION: This steam type throw-in heater comprises a ceramic pipe 1 having one closed end and provide in the vicinity of the open end thereof, with a steam inlet 3 made in the wall face, and a drain pipe 5 penetrating a cap 4 applied to the open end 2 and extending to the vicinity of the closed end of the ceramic pipe 1, wherein a spiral plate 6 having the drain pipe 5 as a shaft is provided between the outer circumferential surface of the drain pipe 5 and the inner circumferential surface of the ceramic pipe 1.</p> |
