PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix substrate which facilitates connecting to externals at low temperatures and is capable of holding the resistance value constant. SOLUTION: An active matrix substrate 1 usable in a two-dimensional image detector and a display comprises an electrode wiring with gate electrodes and source electrodes arranged in a lattice, switching elements provided at the lattice points, and input/output terminals 14 for connecting the electrode wiring to an external tape carrier package(TCP) substrate 17, etc., the electrode wiring includes metal electrodes, at least a part of the input/output terminals 14 is light transmitting, and the input/output terminals 14 are connected to an external TCP substrate 17, etc., through a light-reactive anisotropic adhesive.
