PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce exchange costs of components equipped with a bellows member and possibility of problems due to a crack of the bellows member by establishing a flaw detection technique of a bellows member. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic flaw detection device detects flaws of a bellows member Ba by means of an ultrasonic wave emitted from a detection part 1. It is equipped with a probe head 1a being a part of the detection part 1, inserted into recessed parts Ba1 of the bellows member Ba, and emits the ultrasonic wave to the recessed part Ba1 of the bellows member Ba, and a scanning means 3 relatively orbiting the probe head 1a around along recessed faces Ba2.
