PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly illuminate display contents of a portable unit for a long time and to prevent the carrying performance of the portable unit from being lost by externally illuminating a section that is made of materials including a phosphorescent material absorbing, storing and emitting light and mounted on the portable unit. SOLUTION: A mount member 1 is formed to be a thin claw piece that is made of a synthetic resin and outfit to a casing Ta around a liquid crystal display section Tb of the portable unit T. The illumination section 2 is formed to be a channel shape integrally together with the mount member 1. An opening of a window frame of the illumination section 2 is formed to have a size equal to or more than a surface area of the liquid crystal display section Tb of the portable unit T. This illumination section 2 made of the same type of material as that of the mount member 1 is formed to be the thin window frame shape and a phosphorescent material is blended to the material of at least the window frame. In the case of mounting the mount member 1 including the illumination section 2 onto the portable unit T, the mount member 1 is outfit to a casing Ta around the liquid crystal display section Tb of the mobile unit T from the liquid crystal display section Tb of the portable unit T and a magnification lens 3 is pressed into contact with the front side of the liquid crystal display section Tb of the portable unit T.
