PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lifting of a terminal, without using an auxiliary terminal. SOLUTION: A capacitor 1 is house in an encapsulating frame 3 having an accommodation space corresponding to the outside diameter dimension of the capacitor, lead wires 2 led out from an identical end face of the capacitor 1 are bent along an end face and side face of an opening 5 of the frame 3, and ends 7 of the lead wires are arranged so as to face the mounting faces of the frame 3 in a middle part thereof in its longitudinal direction.
