PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adjusting mechanism capable of easily adjusting the distortion of an image obtained by a projector device without using a special tool nor detaching a cover. SOLUTION: This projector device is constituted of a rocking base 3 inclined at an optional position or moved up and down in parallel by 1st to 3rd height adjusting mechanisms 151 to 153 consisting of a worm gear 10 and a worm wheel gear, a base board 1 supporting the base 3 movably in a back-and-forth direction, and a rotating base 2 rotating the base 3 with the optional position on the board 1 as a supporting point. Then, the distortion of the image can be adjusted from a single direction by 1st to 3rd height adjusting handles 14a, 14b and 14c, a back-and-forth adjusting handle 15 and a rotation adjusting handle 16 energizing the respective parts from either direction regardless of a movable direction or a rotatable direction.
