Compounds of formula (I) wherein Y is CH2; A--B is a moiety selected from -CH2-N(R3)- and -N(R3)-CH2-; the ring z represents phenyl or substituted phenyl optionally substituted by one or two substituents selected from (C1 -C3)lower alkyl, halogen, amino, (C1 -C3)lower alkoxy or (C1 -C3)lower alkylamino; the moiety of figure (II) is a five membered aromatic ring wherein D, E and F are selected from carbon and nitrogen and wherein the carbon atoms may be optionally substituted; R3 is a moiety -C(O)-Ar; wherein Ar is a pyridine ring or phenyl substituted with hydroxyl and R6 as defined in the disclosure.
