<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal panel and a manufacturing system therefor permitting to easily cope with diversified requirements of markers, and reduce manufacturing costs by efficiently using conventional facilitates even if a master glass is changed in size. SOLUTION: A substrate 10 is partitioned into plural blocks 11a-11d, and further, the blocks 11a-11d are partitioned into one or plural device forming areas 12a-12d. By using a 1st production line, a conductive film, an insulating film, and semiconductor film which construct TFTs are formed respectively in the device forming areas 12a-12d in the state of the substrate 10 as it is. After that, the substrate 10 is cut in each of the blocks 11a-11d into plural sub-TFT substrates in the primary cutting process. Next, by using a 2nd production line, each sub-TFT substrate is processed according to the specifications of the liquid crystal panel to be manufactured, and then, the sub-TFT substrates are cut in each of the device forming areas 12a-12d in the secondary cutting process.</p> |
