Apparatus comprises data recording support (22), clockwork (31), and writing instrument (8-1, 8-2) of measurements on data support. Data support and clockwork are placed in removable tape (2). Apparatus has slide (13) and plate (11) holding tape in place. An Independent claim is also included for the description of the tape used in the apparatus.
