PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective information by arranging a mechanism mixing and introducing a part of eluted liquid from a plurality of columns into a single mass spectroscope and calculating purity in every collected sample by means of a signal from a mass spectroscope simultaneously in analysis by the mass spectroscope. SOLUTION: While proportioning valves 21, 22 are switched so as to vary a composition ratio between eluted liquids 3, 4, two pumps 11, 12 pressurize the liquids so as to feed them at a constant flow rate. A sample injector 5 is provided with a plurality of sample injection ports and high pressure flow passage switching valves for injecting the sample into a plurality of different flow passages. The injected sample is separated into unitary constituents by means of columns 61, 62 and each constituent of the eluted liquid is detected as a peak by means of a detector 7 having a plurality of detection flow passage. The solutions eluted from the columns 61, 62 are mixed together by a mixer 9 so as to be connected to a mass spectroscope 120 via a liquid chromatograph interface 110, and then, molecular weight information and structure information can be provided.
