PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device in which image forming is conducted with no high temperature offset and no fixation failure. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a paper feeding control section 69, which changes the conveying speed of recording papers by changing the number of sheet shaped recording papers passing through a fixation roller per unit time in two steps, a clock means, that measures the lapse of time from the completion of image forming, and a CPU 51. When image forming is conducted on many papers with a certain copying speed based on the data including the number of sheets used in previous continuous image forming and the lapse of time data, the number of sheets per unit time is limited at the prescribed number. If the limited number of sheets is exceeded, the copying speed is changed to the speed having a smaller number of sheets per unit time. |
