PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a delay correction system that can automatically correct a transmission delay between a subscriber device and a base station device in a radio telephone system. SOLUTION: The delay correction system is used for a radiotelephone system where a base station device 110 and at least one subscriber device 120 make transmission reception via communication means 101 provided respectively to them according to a TDMA system using the base station device 110 as a reference of synchronization. The delay correction system is provided with a measurement instruction entry means 102 that enters a delay measurement instruction for delay measurement, a delay measurement means 103 that measures a delay between the base station device 110 and the subscriber device 120 in response to the entry of the delay measurement instruction, and a 1st timing adjustment means 121 that is provided to the subscriber device 120, receives transmission information to be sent to the base station device 110 in an assigned time slot, adjusts a timing depending on the delay and transmits the result.
