PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sensible abnormality by encoding supplementary information, which can be combined with the second segment of information having a signal but cannot be combined before being presented and is intended to be utilized, to a part of the information having the signal which is not used for the program content of the first segment of the information having the signal. SOLUTION: A set of potential sample points is selected from the highest definition source to select the set of active data points to be actually sampled. The set of x-points and the set of O-points are selected from them and the set of encoded x-points which should be transmitted by a related process is selected from these. In the next process 11, a parameter of four processes, namely a variable STS is changed in an unusual mode and this cycle is repeated by a frame next to source information. Sensable abnormality is reduced by this and the highest definition source can be transmitted by a narrow bandwidth. |
