PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery-holding structure and a portable electronic apparatus provide therewith, wherein if shocks are applied, neither cover drops nor terminal deformation occurs and no terminal is deformed in replacing of a battery. SOLUTION: Ribs 131 of supports 130 and slidable grooves 122 are provided at both side faces of a battery 120, the supports 130 capable of housing the battery 120 are turnably mounted in a battery housing 111, and the supports 131 are provided with ribs 131 and mounted turnably in a case 110 at the side face of the battery housing 111 by a rotary shaft 132. At an raising position, the housed battery 120 can be drawn out along the ribs 131, and at a down-going position, the battery 120 is held between a terminal 170 and a hold surface 113 in contact therewith, and a second hook 140 holds the end of the battery 120 in a lowering position state. |
