PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make highly precisely adjustable the inclination of a member to be controlled, and to prevent the change of the inclination of the member to be controlled to the most even when it is affected by any outer force. SOLUTION: Two projecting parts 15 are fixed to the upper face part of an upper base 13, and a supporting stand 16 is arranged so as to be movable up and down. A motor 20 equipped with an abutting pin 21 is fixed on the supporting stand 16. A mirror 25 is supported at three points by a protrusion 15 and the abutting pin 21, and pressurized to the protrusion 15 and the abutting pin 21 by a plate spring 26. A lower base 12 is provided with an inclined face 22, and a motor 23 equipped with an abutting pin 24 is fixed to the inclined face 22. When the motor 20 is driven, and the butting pin 21 is displaced, the mirror 25 is shaken, and the inclination is changed. Also, when the abutting pin 24 is displaced by the driving of the motor 23, the top end part is moved up and down, and the supporting stand 16 is moved up and down. Thus, the abutting pin 21 is moved up and down, and the mirror 25 is shaken, and its inclination is changed. |
