PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotating member from coming off easily, without decreasing accuracy in rotating member. SOLUTION: A plurality of through-holes 30 are formed at intervals around an axis of a main body 20a of a rotor frame 20. A fitting member 31 made up of a base part 31a, a first extending member 31b and a second extending member 31c is provided. The fitting member 31 is mounted in the through-hole 30 by fitting the base part 31a and a small nail 31d to a main body 201 of a rotor frame 20 around the through-hole 30. The first extending member 31b of the fitting member 31 has a fitting nail 32 formed in a body at a top part thereof. A hung body 34b of the fitting part 34 is fitted to the fitting nail 32, so that a rotating member like a rotor frame 20 is prevented from coming off upward in the axial direction.
