PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by providing rails provided on the floor surface and overhead of a container for housing the communication equipment and fixing a communication equipment to be housed with a nut, which can move and can not rotate to an optional position along the rails, thereby securing a working space to easily release the fixing of the communication equipment. SOLUTION: The widths of a clearance 6 of a thermal insulator and a reinforcing material at the container floor surface 1 and the upper fixing rail 16 of an upper cable rack 12 are made so that both of the lower and upper fixing square nuts 8 and 13 may pass through but never rotate. The widths of the container floor surface, an inner plate clearance 7 and an upper fixing rail 15 are made so that the nuts 8, 13 may not jump out but that lower and upper fixing bolts 9 and 14 can be inserted at optional positions. Through the use of these bolts 9, 14 and nuts 8, 13, the lower part and the upper part of the equipment are respectively fixed to the surface 1 and the rail 16 by using a fixing hardware 17. Thus, it is possible to deal with optional arrangement of the equipment, and the container is made versatile and economical.
