A first opto-electronic IC (1-1) and a second opto-electronic IC (1-2) are arranged so that every optical output connection unit (12-1,12-2) of every corresponding optical input connection unit (10-1,10-2) are arranged oppositely. As result a light signal transmission can be effected between every optical output connection unit and every corresponding optical input connection unit of the first and second opto-electronic ICs.
