The drive device comprises reluctance motor (10) with phase drive (U) and stator windings (Lu), and another phase drive (V) with phase windings (Lv). A V phase control unit and W phase control unit is also included with direct control current power source (B1). The phase drive units (U1,V1,W1) has DC voltage converter (24) in parallel between connections of the power source. A noise suppression capacitor (C2) is arranged to stabilize the circuit between the drive unit and voltage converter.
