A method of manufacturing a packaging laminate including aluminum foil; specifically, a method of manufacturing a laminate free from delamination and most suitable for packaging, comprising the steps of coating the innermost film surface of polyolefin with an adhesive resin, pasting aluminum foil using a dry-lamination adhesive, taking up an elongated laminate on a reel for aging, pulling out the resulting laminate from the reel, subjecting the aluminum foil surface to corona discharging, subjecting molten polyolefin to extrusion lamination, and laminating a fibrous carrier layer, whereby the inter-layer adhesion strength of the laminate is improved.
