The invention refers to a "Pocket Umbrella" which is based on an absolutely new constructing and functioning conception, and which is made for people to protect themselves against rain, snow and sunshine. According to the invention, the pocket umbrella is pneumatic, it has no spokes, it can be worn in the pocket and it is formed by cover (1) which can be air-proof and double all over its surface or just in the upper area and in the areas which are divided into sectors and are going to be filled with air, air distributor (2) which spreads the mouth blown air in all the pneumatic compartments of the cover (i.e. all the areas which would match the places where the spokes of the classical umbrella are), telescopic stick (3) which can be used optionally and is assembled by screwing it in the distributor, a collar (4), a screw (5), a plug (6) and a ribbon (7) which should be knotted under the chin only if the stick is not used and the umbrella is placed directly on the head, like a hat.
