<p>A method of disposing an LSI by which a power noise suppression effect is produced and the power source can be well stabilized in designing an LSI of standard cell type. In designing an LSI by automatic arranging/routing of standard cells, a power source capacitor cell is provided as one of the standard cells. The capacitance of the power source capacitor cell is determined according to the driven load capacitance of each logic gate cell, one of the standard cells, and is disposed in the vicinity of each logic gate cell.</p> |
