PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only measure a radiation dose, but obtain an energy of incident radioactive rays, and obtain a correct depth dose equivalent from the obtained energy. SOLUTION: The dosimeter has a plurality of semiconductor sensors 1 and 2 with different energy characteristics, comparators 3 and 4 having a discriminating level set for discriminating a height of pulses from the semiconductor sensors 1 and 2 in two stages, and an operation process device 7 for counting pulses discriminated by the discriminating level and measuring a radiation dose. A ratio of measured values of radiation doses of the plurality of semiconductor sensors 1 and 2 is obtained and compared with a ratio of measured values for every energy obtained when radioactive rays of a known energy are irradiated, whereby an energy of radioactive rays is determined. Therefore, the compact electronic dosimeter for individual exposure can be provided. The energy can be converted to a correct depth dose equivalent with use of a coefficient compared with a preliminarily obtained depth dose equivalent for every energy.
