The valve control time varying device includes a vane wheel (11). Each vane of this wheel, together with the spring element (18) fitted to its lower endface, is made as a one-piece deformable component of spring-elastic material. The vane has radial sides built out to form reinforcements and sealing grips, also serving as tolerance leveling elements.
