resol- type phenolformaldehyde resin based polymeric composite materials used as constructional and heat-insulating materials. SUBSTANCE: described is composition for foamed composite material comprising acetophenol production waste-formaldehyde condensation product, acid catalyst consisting of benzenesulfonic acid, orthophosphoric acid ethylene glycol at weight ratio thereof of 1: 0.4:0.3, respectively, and mergel rock filler. Filler is mergel rock preheated at 700 C for 15 minutes, ratio of composition components being as follows, wt %: acetophenyl production water-formaldehyde condensation product, 42-52; acid catalyst, 24-34; mergel rock heated at 700 C for 15 minutes, 18-30.
