Device has liquid accumulation tank, which is designed as bob-tail unit, which has drain pipe, which contains controlled drain valve with actuating mechanism, as well as acoustic detector, signal processing unit, gate in power supply of actuating mechanism of controlled drain valve. Acoustic detector is mounted in drain pipe in proximity to controlled drain valve. Output of input amplifier of signal processing unit is connected to serial circuit of analog-to-digital converter, fast Fourier transform unit, and analyzer, which provides possibility to monitor ratio of signal intensity according to selected frequencies of acoustic signal, and detection of its jump, when liquid-gas boundary is passed.
