Liquid-filled space 22 of drive mechanism is under lubrication pressure. Cam-type drive mechanism is located in space 22 which is separated from accumulating space 29 by movable wall 37 to smooth out pressure fluctuations in liquid-filled space 22 of drive mechanism. Vacuum chamber found in this space is at least partially formed by diaphragm 39 exposed to lubricating pressure action. Rigidity of diaphragm 39 is chosen to act at pressure slightly exceeding stationary lubrication pressure in drive mechanism space 22.
