Flame retardant compositions containing boron, phosphorus and polymer

A halogen-free composition containing the following components is new: (a) boric acid or an alkali metal- or ammonium-borate; (b) a water-insoluble phosphoric acid triester; and (c) an aqueous dispersion of a water-insoluble polymer. An Independent claim is also included for production of the composition by adding (a) to (c), homogenizing the mixture, adding (b) and any further components and then again homogenizing.
