Process comprises contacting alpha -olefins, under polymerizing conditions, with catalytic system comprising a) catalytic solid containing i) compound of transition metal from 4-6 group of Periodic System, ii) activating agent selected from aluminoxanes and ionizing agents, and iii) porous polymeric support ; and b) at least one organoaluminum compound. The process comprises contacting alpha -olefins, under polymerizing conditions, with catalytic system comprising a) catalytic solid containing i) compound of transition metal from 4-6 group of Periodic System, including at least one cyclopentadiene ligand, optionally substituted, ii) activating agent selected from aluminoxanes and ionizing agents, and iii) porous polymeric support having inter-particular pore volume (generated by 1000-75 Angstrom pores) of at least 0.2 (preferably at least 0.3) cm<3>/g; and b) at least one organoaluminum compound of formula: R3-n Al(Y')n n = from above 0.9 up to 3; Y' = -OR', -SR' or -NR'R''; R and R' = independently 1-20C alkyl, or 6-30C aryl, alkylaryl or arylalkyl; R'' = H, 1-20C alkyl or 6-30C aryl, alkylaryl or arylalkyl. |
