PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological photographing device requiring no special attention regarding the instruction direction by a photographing instructor, a photographer to be instructed and a patient when the photographing instructor instructs the next location to be photographed. SOLUTION: In this ophthalmological photographing device, an eye E to be examined is displayed on a screen 80 of a monitor 8 by an animation Er, the displayed location is observed while changing the location to be observed of the eye E to be displayed on the screen 80, and the respective displayed locations are photographed. The device is provided with a fixed eye projection optical system 50 to guide the eye E to be examined toward a plurality of photographing locations including the right-to-left direction by projecting a fixed eye mark 52 to the eye E to be examined, a proposed position changing means to change the proposed position of the fixed eye mark 52 at least to the right-to-left direction, and a photographing direction switching means to switch the instructing direction of the photographing direction instructing means to instruct the photographing direction so that the right-to-left direction is symmetrical.
