PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition which is useful for architectural sealing materials (such as sealing materials used in places where water is used or sealing materials used for building materials), adhesives for bonding and fixing electric and electronic parts, etc. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane represented by the formula: HO(SiR12O)nH or by the formula (in the formulas, R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; n is an integer of 10 or higher; R2 is a 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group; R3 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; and m is 0 or 1), 0.1-30 pts.wt. silane compound having at least two Si-bonded hydrolyzable groups or its partial hydrolyzate, and 0.1-10 pts.wt. adduct of a vinyl compound having a bisphenol A backbone and a silicon compound having an organooxy group or groups.
