PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-disintegrable diaper liner for babies and aged persons which is disposable into a lavatory. SOLUTION: This water-disintegrable diaper liner 1 is prepd. by mixing a rayon with a fiber length of at most 15.0 mm and a pulp fiber 3 to prepare a mixed web of the rayon fiber 2 and the pulp fiber 3 with a mean fiber length within a range of 2.0-10.0 mm and by means of a water jet entangling method to prepare a spun lace sheet. In addition, in the water-disintegrable diaper liner, the above described diaper liner is arranged on the skin side and another water-disintegrable paper is bonded outside to make two layers. Furthermore, the water-disintegrable diaper liner is arranged on the skin side and non-water- disintegrable porous sheet is removably arranged outside.
