PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch cock which can carry out the switching operation of a switch lever lightly, as well as has a light weight. SOLUTION: This switch cock 1 is provided at the downstream side of a faucet main body, in order to convert into a water exhaust passage and a branching passage, and it is provided by setting laterally, and has a flowing-in port 11 at the upper side of the on the peripheral surface M, and the first flowing-out port 14 at the lower side. A tubular cock main body 2 made of a sysnthetic resin in which one side opening, of the left and the right openings, is made to the second flowing-out port to be the outlet of the branching passage; and an inclined partitioning wall 17 longer laterally, and to partition the water exhaust passage and the branching passage; are provided, and a valve body 4 made of a synthetic resin having a switch lever at one side end, inserted in the main body 2, and provided to rotate 180 deg. around the center shaft; is also provided. The valve body 4 has the first communicating part to communicate the flowing-in port 11 and the first flowing-out port 14 to make into the water discharge passage, by operating the switch lever 3 to one side wall surface A side and the other side wall surface B side; and the second communicating part to communicate the flowing port 11 and the second flowing-out port 15 to make into the branching passage.
