PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured elastic point of a turnout, which can largely be bent and the whole of which can be miniaturized and can minimize labor for construction and maintenance and is economically efficient by using a leaf spring between a tang rail and a lead rail. SOLUTION: A base rail 2 and a lead rail 4 are fixed to a floor plate laid between crossties by connection bolts 5 through washers 6. In addition, an outside leaf spring 7 and an inside leaf spring 8, in the outer direction of which distortion sections 7a and 8a are formed with their faces curved, which are mounted on the abutment of the lead rail 4 and a tong rail 3, are held by the fish plates on both sides of the rails 4 and 3 through bolts 9, and the tong rail 3 is allowed to move only laterally by the bending force of the springs.
