PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To agitate scrambled eggs, powdered fish, minced meat, and others efficiently by fitting agitation pieces to a longitudinal support member and forming a total shape in the shape of a fork. SOLUTION: To the lower part of a rod-shaped handle 1 having an engagement piece 1a, a plate-shaped longitudinal support member 2 is fitted in the direction crossing the handle 1 at right angles. Plate-shaped agitation pieces 3 are suspended at prescribed intervals from the member 2. The whole shape of an agitation element 10 is formed in the shape of a fork, and the agitation pieces 3 located in the middle of the member 2 are made longer than those located on both sides of the member 2. For example, they are made to be easy to rotate along the bottom surface of a pan or the like. The whole cross-sectional shape of each agitation piece 3 is made parallelogrammatic, a pair of acute angle parts and a pair of obtuse angle parts are arranged, and meat and others are made to be disintegrated during agitation by the acute angle parts.
