PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive magnetic separating system capable of separating and removing heavy metal ions from the suspension such as waste water and also capable of preventing a runing cost from rising due to the addition of magnetic particles, capable of changing sludge, etc., into resources and excellent in separating and removing performance. SOLUTION: In the superconductive magnetic separating system, the treatment is executed by giving high pitched magnetic field to the suspension containing the heavy metal ion and suspended matter by a magnetic filter 9 using a superconducting magnet. A pH adjusting device 2 and a condensation treating device 5 are provided together with the magnetic filter 9. In this way, both of the heavy metal ion and the suspended matter are treated.
