PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated water making apparatus having production capacity comparable to that of a large-scaled carbonated water making apparatus in spite of a small size capable of being arranged on a counter of a cookshop. SOLUTION: In a carbonated water making apparatus equipped with a tank 2 dissolving carbon dioxide 12 into water 11, a water nozzle 3 spraying water 11 into the tank 2 downwardly, a carbon dioxide nozzle 4 supplying carbon dioxide 12 into the tank 2 and a take-out port 6 of carbonated water made within the tank 2 and constituted so that water 11 is sprayed into the tank 2 filled with carbon dioxide 12 under constant pressure by the water nozzle 3 to dissolve carbon dioxide 12 in water 11, a net 9 molded into a concave shape is arranged under the blow-off port 3b of the downwardly attached water nozzle 3 so as to protrude downwardly and water is sprayed on the recessed surface of the net 9.
