PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attaching processing of a sensor and improve processing productivity by constituting a door panel of a body panel and an open side panel joined to the open side of the body panel, and embedding a starting sensor unit in the open side panel. SOLUTION: An automatic sliding door device is provided with a door panel composed of a body panel 1 and an open side panel 2 joined to the open side of the body panel 1, and a starting sensor unit 5 embedded in the open side panel and having the detection part of a starting sensor 3 on the open side panel face. Thus, processing can be performed in a state where the body panel 1 and the open side panel 2 are divided in the processing stage of the door panel. When a recess part 2a housing the starting sensor unit 5 is provided, it may be joined to the body panel 1 after complicated processing is concentrated on the small open side panel 2, and processing productivity is facilitated. |
