PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive synthetic resin improved so as to suppress the volatility of org. gas while keeping high conductivity and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: An amorphous polyester resin is used as a resin component used in a substrate sheet and a conductive coating film and paint comprising a mixed org. solvent containing 10 pts.wt. or less of an org. solvent having a b.p. of 120 deg.C or lower under atmospheric pressure or an org. solvent having a b.p. of above 120 deg.C under atmospheric pressure as an org. solvent used in paint for forming conductive coating film is used for the conductive coating film.
