PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the bending and the inverse-bending by one die with excellent accuracy by providing a draft part on one end of a female die, projecting a positioning member of an angle on the other end of the female die, and providing a switching means to fix the end position of the female die in a switchable manner. SOLUTION: A V-shaped notch portion 11a is provided in advance in an angle material, and a female die 2 is set so that a projection portion 2a of the female die 2 forms a front side in a regular bending in the direction to close the V-shape. The angle material 11 is abutted on a side surface of the projection portion 2a with the notch portion 11a upside, and placed on the female die 2. When a switch is stepped, a ram presses down a male die 5 together with a holder 6, and the angle material 11 is bent by a projecting ridge line 5a of the male die 5. In the inverse-bending in the direction to open the V-shape, the female die 2 is lifted and turned by 180 deg. around a stepped shaft 7 with the projection portion 2a on the distal end side. The angle material 11 is placed on the female die 2 while pressed thereagainst, and the male die 5 is pressed down and the angle is bent by the projecting ridge line 5a. One side of the angle material 11 is bent with excellent accuracy along an end flat surface 2c of the female die 2.
