PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve massage efficiency by controlling air supplied/exhausted to/from a plurality of air bags from an air supply/exhaust device to set amount expand/extract amount and an expand expand/shrink speed of the air bags, and by expanding/shrinking the desired air bags. SOLUTION: An air massage device is provided with a plurality of air bags A1, B1... A8, B8, an air supplying/exhausting device 6 and an air supplying/ exhausting device 7 which communicates with these air bags. In this device, a means of controlling the air supply/exhaust to/from the air supplying/ exhausting 6, 7, an expanding/shrinking speed or an expanding/shrinking amount for the plurality of air bags A1, B1,... A8, B8 can be set, furthermore, the air bags A1, B1,... A8, B8 to be expanded/contracted can be selected to be specified and designated.
