PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a molding by providing a columnar body having a fitting recess in the center of the top, in the center of a bottomed cylinder. SOLUTION: A columnar body 10 is disposed in the center of the bottom 8 of a crucible foamer in a portion corresponding to the molding holding portion of a mold. It is preferable that rounding 13 is provided to the root portion on the bottom side of the columnar body 10. The size of the bottom 8, the side 9 and the columnar body 10 is determined in accordance with the size of a final molding, a casting ring used, a plunger used or the like. In the case of pressing for example, usually, the bottom 8 is about 30 to 60 mm in outside diameter and about 1.0 to 5.0 mm in thickness, the side 9 is about 5 to 30 mm high, and about 1.0 to 5.0 mm thick. The columnar body 10 is about 8 to 30 mm in outside diameter and about 10 to 50 mm high. A fitting recess 12 for fixing a sprue line that is matched to the size of a sprue line is formed in the center of the top of the columnar body 10. Thus an molding error is eliminated and product quality can be improved. |
