PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an individual identifying medium hard to see, and also, make the forgery difficult by providing an information pattern including a colored layer having a first pattern and a transparent layer having a second pattern which are provided on an image receiving layer. SOLUTION: As a base material 201, a white polyester film having a thickness of 50 μm is prepared. On one surface of the white polyester film, an image receiving layer application solution is applied, and an image receiving layer 202 is formed. Then, an ink ribbon is brought into contact with the image receiving layer formed surface, and a thermal energy is applied from the back surface of the ink ribbon, and a person image 203 and individual character information 206 are recorded. Then, a mold release layer is provided on a polyester film having a thickness of 4.5 μm, and on the mold release layer, a transparent layer forming solution having a composition of 30 pts.wt. of methyl ethyl ketone, 30 pts.wt. of toluene, 30 pts.wt. of a polyester/ urethane resin, and 10 pts.wt. of a silicone spherical particle (a particle diameter of 2 μm), is applied and dried, and a ribbon for the forming of a transparent pattern is prepared. Then, the ribbon for the forming of the colorless transparent pattern is press-heat-transferred to the surface of the image receiving layer 202 by a specified pattern. |
