PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a bending process after V-cut fabrication or provide a suitability for lapping and recycle a waste material by forming a protecting layer formed on one face of impregnates paper of mixed pulp using a curable resin and a thermoplastic resin, and laminating a decorative sheet. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet 10 is formed of impregnated paper 1 made of a mixed pulp, a pictorial pattern 3 formed on one face of the impregnated paper 1 and a protecting layer 2 made up of a curable resin and a thermoplastic resin, and an ionizing radiation curative resin is used as the curable resin. The impregnated paper 1 is highly suitable for printing and is composed of paper formed of a mixed pulp of high-quality chemical pulp based on wood as a raw material and return pulp of cotton seed wool fibers, the paper being impregnated with a resin latex selected from weatherable and elastic elastomers. For the ionizing radiation curable resin, a composition is used which is obtained by properly adjusting a polymer, an oligomer and/or a monomer having a polymerizable and unsaturated bond or an epoxy group in the molecule.
