PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for securely fixing a planetary lever in a state where an oscillating gear is meshed with one of two drive transmission gears. SOLUTION: A planetary lever 13 having the outer peripheral edge 15 having a locking receiving part 19 can be oscillated between a first drive transmission gear of a first drive transmission system and a first drive transmission gear of a second drive transmission system.
