PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sleeper easily and reliably supportable by a floor bundle for the steel sleeper, a support structure and a support method for the steel sleeper. SOLUTION: This support structure of a steel sleeper has upper/lower engaging parts 5, 6 for respectively forming a steel sleeper 1 on both a hollow steel sleeper main body and both side walls of this steel sleeper main body and engaging with a floor bundle 10 for the steel sleeper for supporting the steel sleeper main body from below and an opening part formed on an under surface of the steel sleeper main body. The floor bundle 10 for the steel sleeper is composed of a floor bundle main body 12 and a receiving part 13 for receiving the steel sleeper 1 by being arranged in an upper end part of this floor bundle main body, and this receiving part 13 is composed of a bottom wall part abutting to the under surface of the steel sleeper 1 and supporting the under surface from below, side wall parts being respectively formed on both edge parts of this bottom wall part and respectively abutting to both side surfaces of the steel sleeper 1 and upper/lower engaging object parts respectively formed in both side wall parts and engageable with the upper/lower engaging parts 5, 6 respectively formed on both side walls of the steel sleeper main body.
