PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly type garden deck capable of firmly building fences or the like by simplifying assembly and manufacture by reducing the number of parts required to a minimum. SOLUTION: This assembly type garden deck uses framing members comprising a vertical floor frame 11 forming a projection for notching a receiving groove along an upper corner portion and for splicing to a half-lap joint to the end portion and a lateral floor frame 12 formed to a short size by a dimension for forming a mortise and also forming recessed portion for half-lap joint type splicing, which are assembled to a quadrangle and formed to frame members. And a fence column and a post are made to one united body, and a column body 31 and a post 32 with the coupling portions cut to a recessed portions for fitting to mortises between both of them are erected, the column body and a reinforcing frame member for forming the mortises at the four corners of the frame members are combined together, floor materials are laid on the frame members, and the fence body is clamped between the fence column portions of the column body.
