PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro component feeder which easily eliminates static electricity of the micro component at a high ratio. SOLUTION: In this micro component feeder, provided with a vibrating type bowl feeder and a vibrating type linear feeder and using an air carrier device 6 for return carrying of a chip resistor as a micro component, an ionization air is mixed into a nozzle 10 removing surplus chip resistors on the carrier passage, a nozzle 15 removing chip resistors in wrong attitude, and respective tubes 11, 16, 23 feeding a compressed air to a nozzle 22 return carrying the chip resistor 1 removed by the nozzle 15 to a bowl 2 to blast against the chip resistor 1, so that the static electricity of the chip resistor 1 can be eliminated at high ratio.
