PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a vehicle collision detection sensor allowing easy setting of sensitivity of the collision detection sensor to an optimum value even in a vehicle body having a different rigidity. SOLUTION: In this arrangement structure, a collision detection sensor 18 is installed to an inner panel 11 through an installation bracket 19 provided with a shock transmission member 22 extending toward a rear fender panel 10. By adjusting an interval L between the front end of the shock transmission member 22 and the rear fender panel 10, sensitivity of the collision detection sensor 18 is adjusted.
